Discover Home Hospitality

These recipes on this website are included in a three-part book on home hospitality. They serve as an appendix for the upcoming book The Art of Intentional Food, which offers a comprehensive exploration of cooking theories, home hospitality, and personal creativity. A second appendix featuring detailed menus will guide readers in practically applying the book's concepts and philosophies, using the recipes to support innovative and modern ideas about sharing food with guests.  Of special note, Krämer has photographed all of the food for this project.

About the Author

Nathan Krämer is an artist, cook, and dreamer whose life has been shaped by the environment around him. Growing up in the rich cultural landscape of Eastern Colorado's German-Russian settlement, he draws inspiration from his ancestry, particularly from the culinary traditions of his mother and grandmothers. With experience in event planning and a background in art and design from Dana College, Krämer has cultivated a unique skill set that perfectly blends hospitality with his passion for food. Over the years, he has meticulously compiled a collection of recipes that reflect his journey, turning his kitchen into a sanctuary of culinary creativity.
